In this intensive 8-hour program aimed at entrepreneurs, executives, CFOs, CPOs and front-line managers, we explore how AI optimizes business strategies, improves financial management and transforms leadership.

The ongoing technological transformation is creating new opportunities to improve the management of production processes, making obsolete techniques that just ten years ago represented the state of the art.
In this 16-hour course, designed for plant managers, production managers and technical managers, we delve into the improvement of technical and production processes through actual cases and concrete examples of AI. Participants learn how to implement AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, schedule preventative maintenance, and optimize the production chain.
Participants can opt for a path focused on Industrial Vision or one focused on Industrial Intelligence.

Objective

Accompany the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions in the industrial context of specific interests of the participants. Present different case studies, reflecting on the advantages and disadvantages of each solution. At the end of the course, students will be able to identify possible AI interventions in their own areas and subsequently interface with the teams, both internal and external, that will implement them.

The course is aimed at plant managers, production managers, process engineers and technical managers and all those who wish to acquire advanced skills in the practical application of artificial intelligence in industrial contexts.

In this course, in-depth knowledge on surveying techniques (CNN, GAN, generative models) is shared and the necessary skills are provided to translate statistical and mathematical bases into concrete applications.
